Major Factory Expansion

The team at Handrail Creations are celebrating their ongoing expansion, following the launch of a new factory space. Acquiring a new location which spans 2,000 square feet, Handrail Creations didn’t have to travel far to source the space – just next door, in fact.

This latest move follows an expansion three years prior, which means Handrail Creations now occupies three units at Burnden Business Park, while the new expansion provides the company with scope to develop more products, bring staff back to the office and continue building their brand. It also provides a space to bring increasingly complex ideas to life, something which their clients will be delighted to hear.

With a series of impactful upgrades, Handrail Creations are already reaping the benefits with a more streamlined design and production process and happier employees, eager to make the most of the new factory space.

The factory includes state-of-the-art design facilities, as well as including a new open plan office space and meeting rooms. Expanding beyond their prior restrictions has given the company a chance to bring staff back to the workplace, following a lengthy period of home working during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Having used the space to enhance both the scope of product design and social distancing procedures, it’s now possible to carry on with the work which hade Handrail Creations’ name – designing, creating and installing bespoke timber handrails and balustrades made from the finest raw materials.

Building on the success of this expansion, the company has many ambitious plans for the near future, using the new space to its full capabilities. Thanks to the new layout of the factory, Handrail Creations now have the perfect canvas for their plans, and following a period of rapid growth, the business shows no signs of slowing down!
