Our Commitment to Excellence:
Reaching the finals is a wonderful acknowledgement of the leadership shown by our management team and the strategies we’ve put in place to guide our growing business. Over the past few years, we’ve implemented new training programs, restructured certain roles to promote from within and invested in cutting-edge technology like 3D scanning tools – all with the aim of shaping Handrail Creations into a dynamic and future-focused organisation.

It’s always been important to us to empower and engage our skilled workforce. Our strategic focus on people development, combined with innovative approaches to projects large and small, seem to have caught the attention of the esteemed MX Awards judging panel. We’re grateful for the recognition and proud that our efforts are making a difference.

Next Steps:

Now begins the next stage of the competitive process – site visits, where judges came on Tuesday 19 September to see our work and operations firsthand. It was an opportunity to showcase everything we’ve achieved and our ambitions for continued leadership in the industry.

Fingers crossed we make the final cut! Either way, being a finalist already feels like a victory. Thanks to everyone at Handrail Creations who contributed to getting us to this point. With the awards ceremony and big reveal coming up in November, wish us luck as we aim to take home the Leadership & Strategy trophy! We’ll be sure to share how we get on. Exciting times ahead!
