Inspired by one of our previous projects in London, a private client got in touch and asked our design team to create something beautiful for her home in Manchester. A local fabrication company had left an uninspiring and unsafe balustrade which needed to be removed first.

Our team manufactured over 20 metres of curved continuous handrails running from ground to second floor, all from FSC certified sapele. We also designed and manufactured over 100 bespoke metal balusters which were powder-coated grey on site to compliment the decor of the house. Despite these being square, there was no core rail and we were able to CNC machine pockets on the underside of the timber handrail.

To finish, our team of French polishers stained and polished the handrails by hand to bring it to life.
