Our latest balustrade project demonstrates our ability and capacity as the UK’s premier handrail supplier, and moreover shows why we are captains of our industry when it comes to design, manufacture and installation of handrails and balusters.

This concrete staircase was clad in stone by the contractor and uses LED strips often found in shop fits of offices to bring the stairs to life. We used our 5 axis CNC machines to manufacture over 40 linear metres of helical ash handrail. As part of our balustrade process, we individually milled out square holes to ‘house’ the spindles, meaning no ugly steel core rail seen from the underside.

The mild steel balusters were manufactured by our team of fabricators, then powder coated black for a durable finish. The whole project was complete in eight weeks, including installation in less than a week.
