At a private London residence, we were commissioned to create a sleek, modern balustrade for two timber stair flights with large return gallery landings. The design features clean lines and an understated elegance, perfectly complementing the surrounding architecture of the home’s interior.

For this project we used 16mm round steel bars, powder‑coated in‑house for a flawless, durable finish, paired with continuous oak handrails finished naturally to highlight the timber’s natural warmth and grain.

The installation highlights the appeal of a minimalist approach, with no visible collars, welding, or cover plates; every fixing is cleverly hidden to maintain a smooth, uninterrupted aesthetic. The end result is a refined, contemporary handrail system that feels both light and structurally confident.
