Recruiting more CNC programmers

July 30, 2024/0 Comments/in General, News/by Kenny

It’s not just our handrails that are continuous, our growth and development is too!

We know that construction and manufacturing is a fast paced industry so we are doing everything we can to ensure we can deliver our continuous and curved handrails and get them fitted to banisters and landings faster than ever.

At the moment we are focusing on recruiting more CNC programmers and more staff for the workshop to make our process even smoother and to help reduce our lead time.

Believe it or not, most of our programmers have a common interest – building custom PCs and playing video games! This kind of focus and love of technology translates really well to programming our machines to make each part perfectly.

Henry Ford once said that “quality means doing it right when no one is looking” and this is something we look for in every interview, phone call and introduction.  In fact, we like this quote so much we actually have it on our office wall!

We have big things planned for the next year or so, and we know we can’t get there without the right staff.

Handrails Creations is a fascinating and rewarding place to work. Skilled and talented people are integral to our success, and we are always on the lookout for new talent. If you want to be part of our success, please send us your CV and covering letter: info@handrailcreations.co.uk
